Instruments used are crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments all devised to aid in well-being. Benefits of sound baths include • Relieving stress, anxiety and tension • Better sleep & relaxation • Improved mood • Pain relief Sound baths are deeply relaxing and nurturing. Occasionally, the experience may bring emotions to the surface as the body releases tension and stored energy. This is a natural part of the process, you will be held in a safe, supportive space, with full permission to pause, rest or step away at any time. What you Will Need: •Comfy clothes, layers for warmth or cool layers if it’s hot, a mat to lie on, blanket and cushion for your head, and (optional eye mask) •Journal & a pen (optional) •Water bottle for rehydration although we will be having herbal tea *Sound baths are not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy, anyone with recent bone breakage, people with a pacemaker, epilepsy, those with hypersensitivity to sound, severe mental health problems or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
