Spring Whites & Cheese Pairing - Wetherby

Awaken spring 2027! This is the ideal tasting for people who love fresh, crisp whites and cheese, from the soft and gooey to hard and nutty. Known to be one of the happiest times of the year. It gets slightly warmer and our precious vines are busy producing the start of what will be the new vintage. Crisp and super refreshing wines displaying citrus, floral, herbacious and sometimes nutty aromas will all be on display. We look at forgotten regions, interesting varieties and great producers. Each paired with the perfect cheese. No doubt Delice will feature, dont panic. Its going to be a wonderful, laid back evening.
