2026 Stronghold Roasting Championship — Greece

In one exciting day of competition, 14 competitors will put their roasting skills to the test. The winner will be crowned the Greek Stronghold Roasting Champion and earn the opportunity to represent Greece at the World Stronghold Roasting Championship in Seoul, South Korea, this November. And the stakes don't stop there. The World Stronghold Roasting Champion will take home a brand-new Stronghold S2 roaster. THE COMPETITION 14 coffee enthusiasts will compete in a live roasting challenge using the Stronghold S2. Each competitor will have 45' for their roasting. Whether you're an experienced coffee roaster or simply passionate about coffee and ready to put your skills to the test, this is your chance to step up to the machine and compete.
