I'll be hosting a one-week Pilates Retreat near Athens, and want to invite you to join us during our daily classes. My teaching style is rooted in the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, combined with a modern, holistic understanding of movement, health, and sustainable training. What I belive makes my approach unique, is the balance between precision and joy: I care deeply about the right technique and moving with intent, while also creating an encouraging, warm atmosphere where you can explore and enjoy the process. I believe fitness and looking after your well-being is not something you should try “forcing” into your schedule, but rather see it as a meaningful investment in yourself. My goal is for you to leave a session not only feeling physically stronger, but more confident, calm, and connected to your body.
