This is not a workshop about decluttering, nor is it an end-of-life planning course. Through object reflection, writing and dialogue, we will explore: My meaningful object: Why have I chosen to keep this particular object? Objects and my life timeline: Which chapter of my life does it represent? Keeping and letting go: Am I holding on to the object—or to an identity, relationship or regret? Reordering what matters: If space were limited, what would I want to carry into the next stage of life? Preparing for the next chapter: What do I want to keep, release and begin again?
