Staff who take a taxi to a client or buy stationery submit the receipt from their own WhatsApp, and you approve the claim in one tap. ③ Job done · The invoice One tap turns the quote into an invoice with an FPS QR code. The client scans and pays. ④ Month-end · The matching Upload the bank statement and every line finds its paper: the HK$48,000 deposit matches the invoice, the –HK$86 matches the lunch receipt. Anything without a receipt is flagged, and you're asked about it. ⑤ Close · The books Everything matched, one tap locks the month, with every photo, sender and change kept. Your accountant gets one link to books that are already closed. From quote to closed books, all you did was type a line, snap a photo, tap approve and sign off. AI did the rest.
