Caring for a child is full-time work, and parents and caregivers rarely get an hour for themselves. The workshop offers emotional relief and music relaxation: listening, simple instruments and a safe space to express what is hard to say. It is especially suited to parents caring for children with special educational needs (SEN). You will be with other parents and caregivers who understand. Workshop size: 6–8 parents/caregivers.
