Please carefully review our entry guidelines before booking: • 1-Hour Sessions: Every session lasts approximately 1 hour, please arrive 15 minutes early according to your booking time for event check In. • Book Your Specific Time: You must choose and register for the exact timeslot you wish to attend. Tickets are strictly valid only for the specific time booked, so please select your preferred hour carefully at checkout. • Ticket Capacity: Each e-ticket admits a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. • Bringing Siblings?: If you are bringing more than one child aged 0.5 to 2.5, please register for a separate e-ticket for each child so we can manage our total headcount safely. • Early Arrival for QR Code Check-In: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow our team to scan your QR code and get you checked in seamlessly. ❓FAQ Links Register for 'Meet Our Principal' - Link WhatsApp us at 4621 1899 - Link Stroller Reminder To ensure the comfort of all attendees at this event, we kindly ask parents to not bring in strollers for this event. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate stroller storage. For parents who opt for parking their stroller outside the school premise, please note that the authorities may remove them. Transportation and Parking Information • No Drop-off Area: There are no designated car drop-off spots right outside the kindergarten. • Parking Distance: Nearby public car parks are located a distance away from the campus. • Our Recommendation: We strongly suggest taking public transportation for a smoother, hassle-free journey. 🌧️ Inclement Weather Arrangements For the safety of our visiting families and staff, please refer to the arrangements below if adverse weather occurs on event day: 1. Typhoon Signal No. 1, Signal No. 3 / Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning • Open Day will proceed as normal. 2. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above / Black Rainstorm Warning Morning Sessions (9:30 AM – 1:00 PM) • Hoisted before or at 7:30 AM: All morning sessions will be cancelled. Afternoon Sessions (1:00 PM – 5:15 PM) • Signal lowered to T1 / Amber before 11:00 AM: Afternoon sessions will proceed as scheduled. • Signal remains in force at or after 11:00 AM: All afternoon sessions will be cancelled, and the campus will remain closed for the day. 3. Signal Hoisted DURING the Open Day Event • If Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm is issued while an active session is in progress: • • The current session will conclude safely. • Families are welcome to remain indoors on campus until weather and transportation conditions improve. • Subsequent time slots for the day will be cancelled. 4. "Extreme Conditions" Announcement • If the Hong Kong Government issues an "Extreme Conditions" warning, the entire Open Day (9:30 AM – 5:15 PM) will be cancelled. 5. Cancellation Updates 📢 Official weather announcements will be published on our school website and social media channels. Updates will be given once the school decides on further arrangements based on the final cancellations due to the weather conditions.
