Gentle Stretch Yoga

Join us for a mid-week relaxing yoga class every Wednesday evening! Class details Gentle Stretch is a slow-paced yoga class designed to improve flexibility and release tension through intentional, flowing movements. This class helps you unlock tight muscles while enhancing mobility and body awareness. Perfect for all levels, this session offers the perfect balance of relaxation and active engagement.
