The Day • 9:30am: private ferry pickup from Aberdeen Pier • Workshop 1: Take Stock. An opening circle and journalling on the year behind you. • Workshop 2: Shed the Year. Movement with Leo, to release the year from the body. • The Harvest Table. A seasonal, plant-based lunch by Agnes. • Workshop 3: Make Space. Breathwork with Clare, to clear room for what’s next. • Workshop 4: Into Stillness. Sound healing with Jane, for deep rest before the busy season. • Workshop 5: Carry Forward. A closing circle and intentions for the year ahead. • 5:30pm: ferry pick up from Lamma East, return to Aberdeen Pier
