Together for Nepal: A Metta Meditation and Sound bath Fundraiser

Chill out with soothing Metta meditation and a relaxing sound bath while supporting a great cause for Nepal. Metta for Nepal: Sound Bath Fundraiser for Flood Relief ​In late August 2026, devastating floods and landslides struck Nepal, leaving hundreds dead, thousands missing, and entire communities cut off from food, clean water, and medical care. ​We’re hosting a small, intimate Metta (lovingkindness) Meditation and Sound Bath to raise funds for Direct Relief’s Nepal Flood Relief Fund. Together, we’ll generate a field of compassion through sound and silence, and direct all net proceeds to support emergency medical aid and relief on the ground. ​Suggested donation: HKD 300 - 500 100% of net proceeds will be donated to Direct Relief’s Nepal Flood Relief Fund.
