For Youth and parents Conducted in English This is a shadow boxing session where you'll learn the fundamentals of boxing: punches, combinations, footwork, and defensive moves. No experience needed, no equipment required; just bring yourself and a willingness to move. We'll sweat, we'll laugh, we'll throw some combinations, and by the end you'll feel like a boxer. It's a space to let go of stress, build confidence, and discover what your body can do. All levels welcome.
