For Educators, parents Conducted in English For Educators and Parents Protecting Mental Health During Parental Separation and Family Change Led by Shirralee Sisson, Founder and CEO of Positive Wellbeing Limited, this session explores how parental separation and family change can affect a young person's emotional wellbeing. Designed for parents, carers, educators, and student support professionals, it offers practical insights into supporting children and adolescents through periods of transition. Participants will learn strategies to foster resilience, maintain strong connections, and protect mental wellbeing during times of family change. Speakers Vanessa Duff Partner & Head of Family & Matrimonial, Howse Williams | Law Firm Vanessa is dual-qualified in Hong Kong and England & Wales and brings nearly 20 years of experience advising individuals and families on separation and divorce, financial arrangements and disputes concerning children. Dr Kristie Craigen Clinical Psychologist & Lead Clinician | Founder, Craigen Evaluations Kristie is a psychometric testing specialist and expert witness with more than two decades of assessment experience. Her work includes supporting children and families through complex family circumstances and helping ensure children's needs and perspectives are properly considered. Angela A. Watkins Psychologist, Counsellor & Parental Coordinator | RED DOOR Counselling Angela established RED DOOR Counselling in Hong Kong and works with adults, couples and families, including those experiencing divorce and relationship change. She has also conducted research into the impact of divorce in Hong Kong and collaborative co-parenting.
