For Youth Conducted in Cantonese Growing Up in Today's World: From Emotional Self-Awareness to Empathetic Communication Hosted by an HKFYG social worker, this wellness talk is designed to support youth as they navigate the emotional and social challenges of today's world. Participants will explore common mental health and wellbeing issues affecting school-age youth, develop greater emotional self-awareness, and learn healthy ways to express their thoughts and feelings. The session will also introduce practical communication skills that foster empathy, respect, and meaningful connections, helping young people build stronger relationships and support their overall wellbeing. 在當今世界成長：從情緒自我覺察到同理心溝通 本講座由香港青年協會（HKFYG）社工主持，旨在協助青少年應對當今社會中的情緒及社交挑戰。 參加者將認識現時學齡青少年常見的精神健康及身心健康議題，加深對自身情緒的覺察，並學習以健康和正面的方式表達自己的想法與感受。 講座亦會介紹實用的溝通技巧，幫助青少年以同理心和尊重與他人交流，建立更良好的人際關係及有意義的連結，促進整體身心健康發展。
