For Youth Conducted in Cantonese Hosted by Q+A Art Foundation Turn, Tap, Reset! Try it, feel it, create your own sensory regulation tool. Led by a certified occupational therapist this hands-on sensory wellbeing workshop introduces youth and families to simple, portable tools that can support stress management, focus, and energy regulation in everyday life. Through five interactive steps, Explore, Rate, Learn, Create, and Regulate, students will discover how sensory strategies can promote wellbeing and leave with a personalised sensory tool they have created themselves. 轉一轉・點一點・重新出發！ 試一試，感受一下，創作屬於你的調節工具。 本工作坊由職業治療師帶領，透過輕鬆有趣的互動體驗，讓參加者認識如何運用簡單、便攜的感官工具來調節壓力、提升專注力及管理日常能量水平。 透過五個步驟﹕探索、評估、學習、創作及調節，參加者將了解適合自己的感官調節方法，並親手製作專屬的感官調節工具，將身心健康技巧融入日常生活。
