Teachers often observe signs such as withdrawal, irritability, perfectionism, declining academic performance, repeated absences, classroom disruption, or changes in peer relationships. Through practical case scenarios and guided discussion, participants will explore what these behaviours may be communicating, learn how to identify potential underlying wellbeing concerns, and develop strategies for responding with confidence, empathy, and appropriate support.
