Bodyart at BSC2

Dear colleagues, I hope you are well 😊 I am excited to share my next Bodyart sessions at BSC2!  We will have our practice in the BSC2 Auditorium (A1 - 1st floor). Bodyart is a training method that combines exercises from yoga, physiotherapy, tai chi and Pilates, together with breathing techniques. I have been practicing it for some years, and I completed my journey to become a certified instructor 😊 The training is suitable for any fitness level, and it is free of any religious or spiritual background, focusing on the physical and mental, rather than spiritual well-being. You may find further information in the below link: https://international.bodyart-training.com/about-us/faq 🎒 What to bring: Comfortable workout clothes A water bottle A yoga mat or a large towel The training is normally conducted barefoot, or with socks if you prefer. IMPORTANT!! Since I’ve recently started teaching, I prefer to keep the groups smaller, as this allows me to give everyone more attention and create a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. For this reason, the number of spots will be limited. To keep things simple and fair, spots must be booked in advance through the Luma system. Both the booking and the practice are completely free.
