Combined with conscious breathing, it can help calm the nervous system, release built-up tension and quiet a busy mind. What can you expect? This is a 60-minute guided session, open to all levels. Your teacher: Diana Zarate, Kinesiologist, Nutritionist, Sound Healer, certified Yoga Teacher (trained in Rishikesh, India), certified Ayurveda Practitioner, Personal Trainer and Energy Therapist. Diana brings together the science of the body and ancient healing traditions.
