By purchasing an event ticket displayed on the Eventbrite website or on our company websites (www.brijens.com or www.bgmconferences.com), you agree to these terms, which will bind you and your employees/clients. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase the event/conference listed above, or on the websites of Eventbrite or Brijens' websites: www.brijens.com or www.bgmconferences.com In these conditions The application is the document submitted by the Company/firm/individual/group/church to the Organizer upon purchasing event/conference ticket(s) to attend the event/conference. 'Application Deadline' is the final date that a Firm/company/group/individual/church, etc can purchase the event ticket. ‘Consortium’ refers to any two or more Eligible exhibitors sharing a stand at the Event, and ‘Consortia’ shall be construed accordingly. 'Eligible exhibitor' means a church/firm/company/individual who has purchased an event ticket and is recognized by the Organizer for its members/employees to participate in the event. ‘Conference' is the name of the event to which a Company/firm/individual/group has purchased a ticket to attend. 'Conference Details' are those details relating to the event/conference listed above and published from time to time on the Organizer's website: www.brijens.com and www.bgmconferences.com and/or on the Eventbrite website. ‘Main Contact’ is the individual indicated as such by you when purchasing the event ticket. ‘Representative’ is an individual appointed by you (or, where your application is made as part of a Consortium, the Consortium) to represent you (or the Consortium, where applicable) at the event. 'Venue' is as stated in the Conference Details. Language of communication at conference/events: English 1. Permitted applicants You acknowledge and agree that only Eligible Company members/exhibitors/individuals, Consortia consisting of Eligible firms/companies, and, where relevant, their agents or representatives shall be permitted to exhibit at the Exhibition and attend the conference. 2. Selection criteria The Organizer shall allocate exhibition spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. If the conference is oversubscribed, the Organizer will operate a waiting list system. Exhibitors will be placed on this waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibition spaces will only be offered by the Organizer to those on the waiting list if additional space becomes available due to a cancellation or the creation of new space. For certain Exhibitions, the organizer may specify additional selection criteria. These will be outlined in the Conference/Exhibition Details. The Organizer reserves the right to select exhibitors/individuals to take part in the Exhibition based on these additional selection criteria. 3.
