AI Finance Team started in a familiar way: domain expertise moved through product into development. But along the way came something every Domain-Driven Design practitioner will recognize: waiting, translation, and domain knowledge getting lost between people. Then they changed the model. With Claude Code, Réka, who is a finance expert with no traditional software development background, became directly involved in shipping production software alongside the rest of the team. This session is not really about vibe coding, or even about Claude Code. It is about what happens to software design when the distance between domain knowledge and implementation suddenly becomes much smaller.
