​What can you expect? ​🧘 A standard 60-minute yoga practice session combining deep full-body stretching and alignment ✨ A grounding practice designed simply to enhance and deepen your flexibility and form 🕊️ An optional 30-minute post-class session dedicated to energy cultivation and meditation 🎶 Calming background vibes and a welcoming, supportive international community 🌍 ​📅 Date: Tuesday, 22-Sep-2026 ⏰ Time: 18:30 (6:30 PM) 📍 Location: Víg u. 43, 1084 Budapest 🔗 Budapest, Víg u. 43, 1084 ​ 💸 Cost: 500 HUF donation per person (cash is preferred) 👉 Don’t forget to get your Eventbrite ticket to reserve your spot ​Self-funded event. BAIS team members only collect donations to cover the venue costs.
