We’ll begin with a beautiful Pilates flow to wake up the body and ease into the day, then move into a cacao ceremony for a grounding, heart-opening experience. After that, we’ll slow things down with meditation, journaling, and time to connect with one another in a warm and relaxed setting. The event is 450k per person (Woman only)
