Career Readiness Program

Job Application Lab - In Person Workshop Have you ever wondered why your job applications don’t always get noticed? Spend a day with professionals and leave with a CV ready to stand out. The Job Application Lab is the first in-person edition of Career Readiness, BRIA's flagship career programme, which has supported over 150 participants online since 2024. On Saturday, 7 November 2026, it takes place in Dublin and Cork as a hands-on workshop designed to help you prepare high-quality job applications for the Irish market. The workshop has two parts. First, guest speakers share practical insights on the Irish job market, CVs, LinkedIn, ATS and interview preparation. Then you work in small groups by career area, with HR professionals, to tailor your own CV to a real job advert and practise your interview answers. You leave with a ready-to-send application, not just theory.
