Child Level Profile Launch

Join us at the launch of the most recent iteration of the Let's Grow Together Child Level Profile in partnership with UCC Join us at the launch of the most recent iteration of Let's Grow Together Child Level Profile “Growing Up in Our Area: Data, Voices, and Experiences” in partnership with UCC This launch is hosted by our colleagues in UCC in the wonderful setting of The UCC Executive Education Centre, 1 Lapps Quay, Cork. This year's Profile is our most ambitious and builds on those undertaken in years past to understand the lives of children in the communities we serve. What is unique in this report, is the use and integration of multiple cross-cutting data sets. We include the voices of children themselves, as well as standardised tools, CSO data and more, to inform the Profile. At the launch we will present findings from the data, and consider those findings through panel discussion, keynote speakers and Q&A’s. The report has the ability to inform intersectoral research, policy and practice, locally and nationally. This event will be of interest to intersectoral policy makers, practitioners, service managers, researchers, public representatives who are interested in understanding and improving the lives of children, informed by data. The Child Level Profile project was funded by Cork City Council SEEP fund and through our Tusla Area Based Childhood Programme funding and supported by UCC and Let’s Grow Together Research Advisory Group. Registration opens at 9.30am, light refreshments provided.
