Eimear Reidy

new music for solo cello Eimear Reidy is an experimental musician and improvising cellist with a composition practice focused both on new music for solo cello and collaborative composing with her fellow musicians and sound artists. Reidy’s work focuses on the rigorous exploration and development of extended cello techniques, combined with the occasional use of electronics, field recordings and objects creating a broad expressive palette (full bio here).
