A Portrait of Presence: Yoga, Cacao, & Art

Slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore movement, cacao & creativity in a nourishing afternoon of yoga and art. ✨ What if we gave ourselves a few hours to slow down, turn inward, and simply be present? On November 14th, we're gathering at Segotia, a Yoga + Art Space in Rathmines, for an afternoon of yoga, cacao, and art. The session will begin with a yoga practice, moving between breath, movement, and stillness, before sharing cacao together and taking a moment to pause, connect, and simply be. From there, we'll move into an art session, working with color, texture, and intuition, and seeing what takes shape along the way. Nothing to achieve, nothing to get right. Just a little space away from the noise, and an invitation to come back to yourself. Everything you need will be there. Just bring yourself.
