We begin with a special Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony, sharing a gentle infusion traditionally associated with relaxation, tranquillity and dreamtime. Known for its beautiful blue flowers and long history of use in ancient Egyptian traditions, Blue Lotus has become especially appreciated for its subtle, dreamy and meditative qualities. As we sip the infusion, we will be guided through a short opening meditation, allowing the mind to settle and the senses to become more receptive. Blue Lotus is often described as having a gently calming, dreamlike quality, and many people associate it with enhanced dream awareness, vivid dreaming and, for some, lucid dreaming. From this tranquil space, we transition into our one-hour Harp-Infused Sound Bath.
