LOVE ACTUALLY CHARITY GALA 2026 GATHERING IN LIGHT · CELEBRATING GENEROSITY · LOVE LIGHTS THE WAY An Evening of Love, Music, Stories & Giving ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ Chapter One: Gathering in Light Opening Remarks We begin the evening by coming together in the spirit of love, compassion and community. 2026 Charity Documentary A short documentary capturing the stories, people and moments behind Love Actually Charity's work throughout 2026. Performance 1 Youth Classical Dance — 小酒馆/The Little Tavern A special classical dance performance by our talented young participants. Guest Speakers Keynote Speech - Dr Sinead Kane Dr. Sinead Kane is an international motivational speaker, lawyer, university lecturer, ultra-distance athlete and two-time Guinness World Record holder. Despite having only around 5% vision, she became the first person to complete the challenge of running seven marathons on seven continents in seven days. Through her inspiring personal journey, Dr. Kane shares powerful messages about resilience, mindset, teamwork and overcoming barriers, reminding us that while we cannot always choose where we start, we can choose the direction we take. Special Guest Speech - Councillor Hazel Chu Hazel Chu is a former Lord Mayor of Dublin and a prominent advocate for equality, inclusion and community engagement. Elected as a Dublin City Councillor in 2019, she served as Lord Mayor from 2020 to 2021, becoming the first person of Chinese heritage to hold the position. Hazel has long championed social equality, diversity, housing and climate action, while supporting minority communities and promoting a more inclusive society. She will share her experiences and reflections on community, public service, diversity and social responsibility. Performance 2 Love Actually Charity Team — 入画江南/A Painting of Jiangnan A classical dance performance presented by members of the Love Actually Charity team. Performance 3 Westland Trio Baroque Ensemble (WTBE) We are delighted to welcome Westland Trio Baroque Ensemble (WTBE) for a special musical performance. WTBE was co-founded by three talented musicians: William Junhe Qiu Berrie Ensheng Chen Celia Yizhen He Chu Their performance will bring the elegance and beauty of Baroque music to our evening. Charity Auction A special opportunity to support Love Actually Charity through our charity auction. Raffle — Round Two Third and second prizes will be drawn during this round. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ Chapter Three: Love Lights the Way As our evening draws to a close, we celebrate the memories, people and love that continue to guide us forward. Performance 4 Tang Jiarui — Tears in Heaven A special guitar and vocal performance in memory of Zhang Lu, who was an important part of the Love Actually Charity family. This performance is dedicated to her memory and to the love and joy she shared with those around her. Performance 5 Love Actually Kids Camp Team — Dublin A special group performance by the Love Actually Kids Camp team. Adapted from Chengdu, this version of Dublin is a celebration of the city, the memories we have created together, and the people who make our community feel like home. Raffle — Final Round The final and grand prize of the evening will be drawn.
