Monthly Inner Pulse Sound Bath – Maynooth

A 90-minute sound bath with gentle guided breathing. Nothing required - just receive. Held monthly in a quiet treatment room in Maynooth, this is a small group session for people who need a real pause. We begin with gentle breathwork to help you settle and arrive. The rest of the session is live acoustic sound using gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. There is nothing to learn, nothing to perform, and no experience needed. You are simply invited to lie down, receive, and notice what is present. The group is limited to nine people to keep the experience personal and supportive. 90 minutes • Monthly • 9 places *A 2pm session is also available on the same date: book here. What to Bring You will be lying down for most of the session, so comfort is important. Please bring: • A well-cushioned layer to lie on, such as a thick yoga mat, padded mat or folded blanket. • A blanket to cover yourself • Optional: pillow, cushion for under knees, eye mask • Water (recommended) Your Facilitator Led by Aga, sound practitioner and Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor. Arrival: Doors open 15 minutes before we begin. We invite you to arrive early to settle in and mindfully set up your space. To maintain the peaceful container of the session, we are unable to admit late arrivals once the journey has begun.
