Noteworthy & Purple Jam Live at Walters

Two great bands, one night at Walters. Noteworthy's genre-swap sound meets Purple Jam's eclectic folk mix. Doors 8pm. Live at Walters brings two very different bands together for one night in Dún Laoghaire. NoteWorthy bring their signature "genre-swap" sound, think Jolene reborn as a rock anthem, ninety's hip-hop flipped into jazz. Their full Sensory Show runs through the set too, bubbles, ribbons and tactile percussion, making the whole room part of the performance. Purple Jam bring their own eclectic mix, harp, recorder, banjo and more feeding into a folk-rooted sound. Expect covers of Christy Moore's "Ride On" and Leonard Cohen's "Dance Me to the End of Love," alongside their own originals. The night also marks the world premiere of Purple Jam's new music video, "Earthling," shown live on the big screen. Doors open at eight PM. Tickets fifteen euro. Grab yours now and come sing along.
