Come join me for a 45-minute outdoor mat Pilates class under the trees in Phoenix Park 🌿🧘‍♀️ The class is open to all levels, so whether you’re new to Pilates or already love a good Pilates session, you’re very welcome! We’ll spend 45 minutes moving, strengthening and stretching, while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. All you need to bring is your own mat and some water (and maybe a layer in case it gets chilly!).
