PILATES IN THE PARK

Join us for an afternoon of pilates & prayer intended to rejuvinate and inspire you for the last quarter of the year Lets kick off the last quarter of the year together ! Join us for a time of fellowship and connection through a mat pilates session 🧘🏽‍♀️✨🙏🏽 So wether you're a pro or absolute beginner this is for you as this session will be guided by Grace Grips. No pilates socks ? No worries as we have a pair for you ❣️ This event will be a lovely opportunity to meet likeminded women, where we will open in prayer, reflect on our year so far & discuss our hopes for the remaining quarter followed by an inspiring and rejuvinating pilates sequence.
