Raising Resilient Children: How to Help Them Navigate Tricky Times

Join us in Avoca Rathcoole on October 8 for an evening of expert-led advice and conversation with our IMAGE Motherload Community. Come along to an evening designed to give you practical tools, expert insight, and a little reassurance for the road ahead as you raise resilient kids. On the night, we'll hear from Dr Joanna Fortune, who'll share her expert insight on building resilience in children and helping them manage big emotions. Dr Fortune will be joined in a subsequent conversation by Lisa Kennedy, Play Therapist and founder of Clondalkin Play Therapy, who'll bring over 20 years' experience working with children and families to the discussion, along with Rosanna Davison and podcaster Sinéad O’Moore who will talk about their first hand experiences as mums. The evening at Avoca Rathcoole will be a landmark one for any parent navigating the tricky moments of raising kids, whether that's toddler tantrums, tween attitude, or everything in between. No experience necessary, just a willingness to ask questions and take something useful home with you. 7:35pm: A intimate conversation with our Lisa Kennedy, Rosanna Davison and Sinéad O’Moore led by IMAGE Motherload host Dominique McMullan. 8pm: Q&A session The opportunity to ask our experts the questions that have been on your mind. Expect an evening of expert insight, evidence back practical strategies you can use the next morning . Raising resilient children isn't about having all the answers.
