Introducing our first rone union events series ''BRING YOUR OWN BOY'' - a sunday afternoon session with your boy incld. pilates, sauna & cold plunge + tea. Instructor: Grace CampbellEvent description: every boy claims he's flexible until he's asked to hold a plank at a pace that's slower than he'd like. Bring yours along on a Sunday afternoon for a zone session, steady pilates at a pace you can talk through, then head to the sauna together to recover and the cold plunge to reconsider, before you both settle in with a cup of tea and a much quieter version of his opinions. What to bring: comfortable athletic wear and grip socks (recommended)What to bring to the sauna + cold plunge: towel, slippers, bathing suit. we will handle the rest.Indoor and outdoor showers are available for your usage before and after the session. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts — doors close exactly at the start time.
