The music was selected to create a journey-like flow throughout the session. So it progresses from slower, softer tunes at the beginning to more energetic and vibrant rhythms as we start dancing. We will provide some guidance and facilitation, but the music, the community, and your own inner space will be your guides. *Participation in Wicklow Ecstatic Dance events is at your own risk.
