This 10 week serie is great for people who are looking for a new way to excersise, and would like to take wellbeing lessons for their self-care. NIA is a space and movement experience, where rhythm, musical , sounds, voice , movement and mindfulness comes together into a joyful, aestetic, and healing session. ✨ Whether you're getting back into movement after a break, pregnancy, or injury — or simply looking for a feel-good way to stay mobile, strong, and centred — Nia welcomes all fitness levels and all ages. No experience needed! Each class is adaptable to your body's needs and encourages expressive, healing, and joyful movement.
