Sweat & Whine - Afro X Urban Dance Cardio (Aerobic Step Class)

We’ll be using step platforms, resistance bands & Dumbbells to level up the workout, combining rhythmic movement with cardio-based sequences that are easy to follow but effective. Think: stepping, toning, stretching, flowing— all while building stamina and burning calories. This is not about learning choreography or getting the steps perfect. It’s about working out in a way that is fun but EFFECTIVE! Whether you’ve never danced before or you just want a fun alternative to the gym, this space is designed to feel accessible, energising, and pressure-free. Expect: • High-energy Afro x Urban music (Afrobeats, hip hop, dancehall, Pop & more) • Beginner-friendly, follow-along movement • A proper sweat (THIS IS A WORKOUT🔥) • A supportive, no-judgement environment!! BUNDLE DEALS ALSO AVAILABLE! SIDE NOTE: 'Whine' is not your local red & white, it is a type of dance that involves moving your hips!!!!!!
