Kick off your shoes, and join us for a somatic dance -NIA is a mindful movement practice that blends dance, martial arts, and healing arts ✨ Nia ("Now I Am" or Neuromuscular Integrative Action for short scientific name) is a mindful movement practice that blends energy personality from the dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts — designed to move your body, mind, emotions, and spirit the way it's designed to move. ✨ Whether you're getting back into movement after a break, pregnancy, or injury — or simply looking for a feel-good way to stay mobile, strong, and centred — Nia welcomes all fitness levels and all ages. No experience needed! Each class is adaptable to your body's needs and encourages expressive, healing, and joyful movement.
