Yin & Yang Yoga Class Suitable for beginners. No Experience required. Every Thursday 7.00-8.00pm. Cumasu Centre, Doughiska. Tel.0857423566 Indoor Yoga Class, finishing with a nice relaxation. Suitable for everybody, regardless of size, shape or experience. This is a Yin & Yang Style Class. Not too static. Not too dynamic.
