The Sásta Sessions

Hosted by Sásta Skin Health, Move with Tara & Cullen Coaching, this event brings together movement, skin health and wellbeing for an evening designed to leave you feeling informed, energised and refreshed. We'll begin with a warm welcome before moving into a feel-good pilates flow, followed by an open and honest panel discussion with the founders of Sásta Skin Health, Tara from Move with Tara and Roy from Cullen Coaching. Together, we'll chat about skin health, the skin microbiome, the importance of movement for both physical and mental wellbeing, and why taking care of ourselves doesn't have to mean doing more.
