This session is a chance to recognise the wonderful work you are already doing to support children's play, and to see just how much learning, development and well-being is happening in your day-to-day practice. Rooted in research and guided by the updated Aistear framework, the workshop offers clear, practical strategies to help you build on what you already do, and to extend and enhance children's play in meaningful ways across mixed-age groups. You will have time to reflect on your own approaches, share experiences with fellow childminders, and leave feeling affirmed, inspired and empowered to enrich the play in your setting.
