A welcoming space to chat, share experiences, ask questions and connect with others over a cuppa. Join us for a relaxed and welcoming Menopause Café, offering a safe and informal space to meet others and talk openly about menopause and the many ways it can affect our lives. Whether you are experiencing menopause yourself, supporting someone through it, or simply want to learn more, everyone is welcome to come along, have a chat, share experiences and connect with others. There is no pressure to speak or share, you are equally welcome to simply listen and enjoy the conversation. ☕ Tea and light refreshments will be provided. Come as you are, grab a cuppa, and join the conversation.
