Neurodiversity Training Day & Resource Fair - Limerick

A day of practical training, greater understanding and meaningful support for those supporting neurodivergent children and young people. We’re delighted to bring the Little Kneaders Neurodiversity Training Day & Resource Fair to Limerick this October. Led by Amy Winter, Founder of Little Kneaders - Autism Mental Health Specialist & Emotional Regulation Therapist, and Ciara Watson, Founder of Autism Supports, the day will offer practical training, greater understanding and meaningful support for those supporting neurodivergent children and young people. Taking place on Saturday, 10 October 2026 at The Castletroy Park Hotel, the day is broken into two dedicated parts, allowing us to tailor the training and conversation to the needs of both professionals and parents. 9am-1pm - Teaching Staff, SNAs & Professionals A dedicated CPD training session for those working with neurodivergent children and young people, with attendees receiving 4 CPD accredited points. 2pm-5pm - Parents A dedicated afternoon session for parents, focused on building greater understanding and practical approaches that can be brought into everyday life at home. Across the training, we’ll explore: • The sensory systems • Understanding the impact of the educational environment on neurodivergent students • The whole child approach • School avoidance • Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria • Supporting students’ mental health • Understanding diagnostic reports The day will also include our Resource Fair, showcasing local and nationwide supports available for schools and home.Saturday, 10 October 2026 The Castletroy Park Hotel, Limerick €89 per person + Eventbrite Fees Scones, tea and coffee included in each session.
