Breathwork with Kaitlyn

Feeling stressed or stuck in fight-or-flight? Take a moment to breathe. Join Kaitlyn in Unit 2 at The Trough Café, Wexford, for a one-hour guided breathwork session designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, calm your nervous system, improve focus, or simply take an hour for yourself, this welcoming session is suitable for all experience levels – no previous breathwork practice is needed. Through guided breathing techniques and grounding exercises, you'll leave feeling more relaxed, balanced, and refreshed. Important – Medical Form For the health and safety of all participants, a medical and health declaration form must be completed before attending the session. Please ensure the medical form is completed fully and accurately prior to taking part. This allows the instructor to be made aware of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medications or other health considerations that may affect your participation in breathwork. Participants who have not completed the required medical form will not be permitted to take part in the session.
