About Tergar Gorey Practice Group The Gorey Practice Group is a friendly and welcoming in-person meditation practice group for people in and around Gorey, Co. Wexford. We come together each month to practise meditation, deepen our understanding through shared experience, and support one another as part of this journey. ​ Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, you are warmly welcome. There is no expectation of previous experience or particular level of practice. The group provides a supportive space to simply arrive, practise, and explore meditation together.ether. During each session, we will explore a particular topic about meditation, wellbeing, and how meditation can be applied to the shared challenges and issues we are facing in our everyday lives. ​ Inspired by the Tergar approach, our practice encourages us to meet our experience with awareness, kindness, and curiosity.
