Mummy & Mini Strength & Flow Exercise programme

This is a gentle 6-week exercise programme to aid mum's back into a physical activity routine while removing the barrier of childcare. Welcome to Mummy & Mini Gentle Strength & Flow, the perfect stepping stone for mums ready to ease back into a physical activity routine. This 6-week programme running from the 7th of Oct-11th of Nov will consist of 45 minute classes designed specifically for the women postnatal, this program focuses on: • Gentle core & pelvic floor restoration, • Ease-in strengthening exercises, • Fluid movements incling mobility and flexibility exercises, • A Welcoming Space where mum's can move in a supportive environment. Please note all participants must be a minimum of 6 weeks post partun and must be medically certified to participate in PA. A maximum ratio of 2 children: 1 adult will be applied. All participants are encouraged to bring your own mat.
