The Pre-Public Speaking Workshop A practical workshop for women in managerial and corporate roles, exploring the underlying factors that shape your ability to speak up, state your position, and drive impact in front of an audience. The workshop focuses on reclaiming your voice, recognizing the moments where you have something valuable to say, and choosing to say it, even in moments that would otherwise pull you toward self-censorship. We will look at where this choice shows up in daily work: in meetings, on Slack, in 1-on-1s with managers, or when navigating opposing views, and build the awareness and tools to show up fully in each of them. Through practice in a safe space and tools drawn from physiological regulation, executive presence, and communication, we will practice expressing views in challenging situations. You will gain practical tools to find the courage to express yourself and bring your professional value, ideas, and expertise to the table with clarity, calm, and executive confidence.
