State of Flux & Vertigine present the first episode of OFF THE RECORD, an ongoing series exploring contemporary sounds, club culture, and musical movements. Between Conversation, Listening Session & Dj Set, OFF THE RECORD brings scene insights and an insider’s view at electronic music through the eyes of its key figures. The first episode will take the form of a guided listening session with Glauco Di Mambro, gradually evolving into an open conversation around one of the most talked-about genres of the moment: Indie Dance. Drawing on first-hand insights from the scene, as experienced by one of its pioneers, the session offers a deep dive into a sound that is shaping contemporary club culture worldwide. Before and after the talk, music will be curated by emerging roman talent Sofiget. In a world full of noise, OFF THE RECORD takes the most radical path: returning to truly listen. High above the heart of Rome, overlooking Piazza Barberini, the Organics Sky Garden rooftop at the Aleph Hotel becomes the space where music, time, and community tune into the very same frequency. Far from your typical dancefloor gathering, this is an unmissable chance to genuinely understand electronic music, straight from the voices of its key figures. An event that demands attention—a gesture as simple as it is revolutionary: listening as a conscious act. Rather than adding more noise to the chaos, OFF THE RECORD chooses to clear the room: creating the right time and space to listen only to what truly makes a difference.
