Tour of Villa Foscari La Malcontenta Join us for a fun in-person tour exploring the stunning Villa Foscari La Malcontenta! You can meet us either in Piazzale Roma or directly at the villa. Built for the descendents of Doge Foscari, this property features a pagan arcade, an antique Roman temple doorway, spatial symmetry, allegorical frescos, and was registered on the UNESCO list of World Heritage in 1977. • If joining for lunch: meet at the end of the Calatrava Bridge in Piazzale Roma by 11.15am (or at the Villa at 11.45). • If no lunch, meet at the Villa by 1.45pm. This tour is freely organised by the American & International Women's Association of Venice. Participants need to pay the Villa, their transport and cover their own lunch costs.
