Strengthen your foundational skills and tools as a new or experienced supervisor. Please note that this is an in-person training in downtown Los Angeles. Supervising people presents challenges as well as opportunities for growth. This seminar is designed for both new and experienced nonprofit supervisors and those who have had no formal training for their role. In this class, you'll sharpen your skills to better plan and prioritize, communicate with and motivate your staff, and network and learn from other supervisors. Come away with new approaches for working with your team to best accomplish your goals.
